Difference between VPSA oxygen generator and PSA oxygen generator

1. VPSA oxygen generator uses blower to obtain raw air and pressurize, and PSA oxygen generator uses air compressor to supply air.
2. For the selection of core components - zeolite, sodium molecular sieve is used for PSA oxygen generator and lithium molecular sieve is used for VPSA oxygen generator.
3. The adsorption pressure of PSA concentrator is usually 0.60.8 MPa, and that of VPSA concentrator is 0.05Mpa.
4. The gas production of PSA and VPSA can reach 200300nm/h and 7500900nm/h respectively.
5. Compared with PSA, VPSA has low energy consumption (0.5 kW per square meter of oxygen production power consumption) and is more environmentally friendly.
